11:15am - Contemporary service with nursery and preschool classes and a Children's Church for our elementary kids

ARMS is a program designed to help women heal
from all types of domestic abuse. ARMS welcomes
all women who are enduring or have endured any type
of domestic abuse--emotion, verbal, sexual, spiritual, etc.

Seniors come and join us every Monday and Thursdays from 2pm-3pm for a free exercise class. You\\\'ll focus on balance, stretching, and strengthening so bring your 1-2lb weights (soup cans work well too). May 24th is our last exercise class until the Fall. Enjoy the summer and we\'ll see you...
